Signature Renditions: Eric Staal

Been traveling some for work, hence the lack of posts lately. But there's a bunch of new content coming soon. In the meantime, here's the other card that came with the Aleksander Barkov from the previous post:

I wasn't too excited about this card when I first found it online, mostly because the picture struck me as a bit boring. So I was surprised at how much I liked it when it arrived in the mail. It's harder to tell in a small picture, but this card actually has even more of that cool painting effect than some of the other Signature Renditions cards.

This is one of the handful of SR cards that appear to have been signed with blue ink (along with the Guy Lafleur and Nail Yakupov cards, and the one-off Ron Hextall I happened to buy). Which probably explains why it tends to sell for among the lowest prices of any of them on eBay. I got this one for $15.50 -- plus free shipping, since it came from the same seller as the Barkov.
